Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance ensures equipment longevity and avoids costly unscheduled production interruptions.  Our millwrights are trained on various equipment and conveying systems used in the manufacturing industry. Our Preventive Maintenance Programs (PMP) identify worn parts or wear-strips, check for misaligned shafts of conveyor to conveyor connections and machine to conveyor connections, broken seals, proper lubrication, and check for structural integrity.
